Daily's Kick-Off Kid Contest Rules:
Dates of Contest:
First Home Preseason Game thru Last Regular Season Home Game (August - December, 2008), plus any Post
Season Home Game for the 2008 Season. Home Games against Pittsburgh Steelers on October 5, 2008 and
Indianapolis Colts on December 18, 2008 are excluded from the Contest.
How To Play:
Participants must enter Daily's store locations and fill out entry form to be eligible to win the prize
at each Jaguars' home game during the 2008 NFL season. The week prior to each Jaguars' home game, one
randomly selected participant will receive four (4) field passes to that week's game. In addition to
being on field for the Pre Game warm-ups, the participant will take a photo with members of the Roar
Cheerleading Staff. Participant will run onto the field and retrieve the kicking tee when the Jaguars
kick-off to begin the half as determined by the coin toss. Participant will be shown on the Video Boards
during the promotion. Participant will be notified via phone; decision to participate must be made
immediately. In case of a cancellation or if winner is unable to participate, an alternant winner will
be selected. Winner must pick up tickets at Stadium on the day of the game at a time to be determined by
team member. Participants' chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. One entry
per store, per week.
Other Requirements:
Permission of Participant parent or legal guardian must be provided. Participants must be between the
ages of 6 - 12 and residents of the State of Florida. All participants must be accompanied by a
parent/guardian 21 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or refundable. No cash or other
substitution is allowed. Void where prohibited. First Coast Energy, LLP in its sole discretion,
reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the
Kick-Off Kid Promo, or is otherwise in violation of the rules. All decisions of First Coast Energy, LLP
are final.
Waiver and Release:
By participating in the Kick-Off Kid Promo, each entrant agrees that, as a condition precedent to
receiving any prize all winners and winners' guest and legal guardian(s) accompanying winner on the
field, must agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting
material relating to the Kick-Off Kid Promo without additional financial or other compensation,
and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. In consideration for the
opportunity to participate in the Kick-Off Kid Promo, all winning participants, their parent/legal
guardian on their behalf and any winners' guests will execute a document under which each will
release and waive and hold harmless Daily's, First Coast Energy, LLP, Petro Services, Inc.,
Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd., the National Football League, and each of their employees, officers,
partners, agents, affiliates, affiliated advertising agencies, and other sponsor/promotional
partner from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the
prize or participation in the Kick-Off Kid Promo.
